I'll tell you this, I've played with the actual chips and I am still not certain what the actual PC colours are! I would ask them. Variations in displays make it impossible to say for certain.

With regards to the above combos here is my take:
White/Dayglo Pink
Red/Dayglo Yellow (Mandarin Red/Yellow)
Green/Dayglo Peach (Green/Orange)
Black/Dayglo Green
Purple/Arc Yellow

YMMV

Yea I have that picture saved on my computer actually, but using mockup generators I just couldn't make out some of the colors. Like the Red Chip for instance, and I wasn't sure about the Black Chips Edgespot beng Dayglo Green. Very difficult to tell!

Also... there was never an actual white chip seen in the movie at KGB's place, right?

Correct. But $1 chips were made. I'm not even sure if the $5 chips appeared in the movie. There's a small pic on pokerchips.com's website, as well as what's been recently sold on eBay.

All the edgespots on the KGB chips were Dayglo colors. Again, aside from the Red, I'm 100% certain on the colors. (And besides, Red/Dayglo Yellow looks better than Mandarin Red/Dayglo Yellow, so that's okay regardless :P )

Red

The KGB $5 is defintiely Mandarin red, The Chesterfield $5 is red. The rest I am not sure. I will say this, the chips look totally different in person than on the web. I would request samples of the colours you like. While the dayglo's make nice edgespots on the screen the chips also look great with subdued spots. The Chesterfiled $5 is nothing special in a photo but very elegant when you have a stack in front of you.
