Deckard I must also add that you are truly a genius when it comes to manipulating the finer techniques associated with the fabulous program named photo shop!!!
Actually I could have said "yo Dec your good with a computer!" but I am trying to accumulate points for some unknown reward!!!!
I sure do hope it was worth drinking all those beers with my buddies then staying up really really really late to write this message!!!!!

tried the washer chips, torn up the table after splashing the pot. plus pushing them in was apain too. don`t stack up nice either. only thing good was if i needed a washer i knew where they are. as you guessed just having fun with this, so don`t take it so seriously.
Glad to hear that you are having fun with this. One of the guys that I work with ask me what I have been doing lately and I told him. After he recovered from the rather long fit of laughter I showed him this site and he was rather impressed. I dont know if everyone can tell but these things each way 1.56 oz !!!! They are huge and rather thick!! I can stack them 25 high and they dont tip which is really intimidating to the others across the table!! The only problem is that you cannot splash the pot...it makes a ton of noise and sends the other chips flying!! Well to update everybody who reads this thread the jeton idea is out the window for now. Stock aluminum is way more than I can afford, let alone the cost of getting a CNC guy to run the machine for me (even at my dads shop it is $18.50 an hour, plus I have to buy at least 3 $35.00 bits for the machine!!) So I have now turned to look into some sort of resin or polymer that would be much easier to work with (and maybe just adding a label of some kind). I will keep everyone posted.
