I few months ago I received my custom set of BCC Hotstamps. I am very pleased with them, and would like to supplement my set with 200 more chips using the same four custom stamps. Has anyone ever ordered supplemental custom chips from BCC? I purchased four separate stamps, and will not buy any more chips if I have to pay for the stamps again.

I emailed BCC and left a message a couple days ago, but haven't received a response.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Color consistency might be an issue...I'm not sure if you were adding the same color(s) or not. Nexttime (BCC chips) and Damon (ASM) had some issues with add-ons of the same color that were off a bit...some more than others....I'm just throwing it out there.

Other than that I cannot see why you would have to pay for the stamps again. It would seem preposterous that they would throw them away after only a few months. After a decade or so, maybe....even this would bother me.

All I'll say is good luck with the e-mail thing. I've got unanswered e-mails from over a year now.

If you want to contact BCC and get a response, the phone is the only way to go.

Thanks for the responses. I do intend to use the same colors. A little variation won't bother me though.

Emailing BCC is a problem. Those guys only respond 10 to 20 percent of the time. I'll call them this afternoon.
