new chips?

yes, i am looking for new chips.
i already got samples or full sets of a lot of chips.
my favorites of the chips, i already own, are the *inplay* and the *desert palms*. i really like how they feel, but i do not like most of the color combinations.
so now i am looking for high end set (800-1000 chips), which combines all, what i am expecting.

my chips should be real clay chips, aviable in solid colors (without edge spots) and with a nice mold-design. my absolute favorite is the *snifter & cigar* mold of the *inplay* chips, and i also like their *smooth* surface and feel. so i do not want have that *waffle* surface which most other chips have. the chips can be with or without labels, because i will print my own chips labels.

do you know any way to get solid color chips with the the *snifter & cigar* mold?

or is there any possibility to get solid color paulsons with the *tophat & cane* mold, but without that surface?

do you know any other solid color chips with a nice mold and without that surface?

is it possible to get clay chips with my own mold design?

Re: new chips?

I believe the Cigar/Snifter is the only clay mold that is smooth and available for purchase. I think someone mentioned that they would cost 1.50/chip even for solid blanks.

We just had a group buy for solid BCC blanks and hotstamps using the Two Face Poker Mold. These were .60/chip for blanks. These chips are less textured than others but still have a light texture on the surface of the chip.

Other than that, 22outs (joshua dalton on CT), is planning on doing a prebuy for solids on his new mold, the medium greek key (listed as the L-Key in the chip factory). I'm not sure if this is textured but I imagine it is. This might be a good opportunity if the recess is deep enough to allow for labels like you mentioned. I'm not sure if he is actually doing blanks or if you have to get them hot stamped. Info should be coming out soon about this.

Then there is the t-mold. Solid Blanks cost .65/chip from Holdem Poker Chips. This mold does have a texture across the surface.

BCC Mold is 7,500 according to what others have said.

Good Luck with your search.

well, they don't sell solid stock chips. but you are posting in the "custom chip" board, so i thought you are looking for custom chips. and i'm sure that sidepot does sell solid chip (custom chips)

It was someone in the two face mold gb INTEREST thread. They mentioned that they would be 1.50/chip from Sidepot for solid blanks. Sidepot is the owner of the mold and so that is the only route you can go. I would contact them about it. I have never seen them for sale as solid blanks so I can't comment if they are available, I just remember somebody mentioned that cost, so I assumed they contacted Sidepot about it.
