I love Pac-Man (who doesn't)? I have many fond memories of chasing strawberries, cherries, and peaches around the corners of the glowing-blue maze. So I'm futzing around with the 15 base ASM colors and imagining a fruit-themed custom chip set. I'm starting with fruits that at least somewhat match each of the base colors. I'm having a heckuva time with white and gray, and not too much luck with pink and blue and black. I'd like to have a couple options for each color. Since a few of the colors are so close, I've broken it into 10 color categories and here's what I have so far:
1) Chocolate - Coconut or Kiwi
2) Purple/Lavender - Plum or Grapes or Eggplant
3) Blue/Imperial Blue - Blueberries or ???
4) White/Grey - ??? or ??? (Dragonfruit added, Coconut also possible)
5) Orange - Apricot or Orange or Peach
6) Yellow - Lemon or Banana
7) Pink - Grapefruit or ??? (Watermelon added)
8 ) Black - Black Raspberry or ???
9) Green/Light Green - Lime or Apple
10) Red/Mandarin Red - Cherry or Strawberry
Any thoughts? If you have ideas for colors that are full, that's okay too. I'm also about a million years from getting these made, but maybe if I get something down on paper it will motivate me to hit the poker tables a little harder and make some $$ to pay for these.
