Yes, that's correct that they also referred to the lighter weight as "cali weight". I haven't seen any BCC's from California casinos or card rooms though. Unless you count the Vineyard Commemoratives.
I believe there are some on the small key mold, and they are made by BCC.
No prob! It is pretty cool though. Someone around here has a custom hotstamp set on the sun mold IIRC. It was made accidentally on the wrong mold and nobody caught it before it went out.

Yes, I have thought about that. And, while BCC said it would be challenging to align them properly, they would probably be willing to do it. It would cost extra though. Don't know what I would have stamped on em though.
