A bunch of my Year of the Tiger High Rollers happened to be on this mold. Another mistake I guess.

Pretty sure it's the heavier weight. The heavy weight chips were referred to as "Vegas weight" by the Endy's before the whole BCC custom deal started.

Wasn't the lighter weight also referred to as Cali weight? As in the heavier weight was standard for Vegas while the lighter weight standard for LA? Or am I misremembering?

Yes, that's correct that they also referred to the lighter weight as "cali weight". I haven't seen any BCC's from California casinos or card rooms though. Unless you count the Vineyard Commemoratives.
