i've been told that chipco doesn't do gradients well...that sometimes there're banding issues.
I don't remember if I've heard of that before ... Maybe it just has to do with certain colors combinations used for the gradient or how big of an area the gradient is used on.

Offhand, I know the Chipco Classics use a brown to yellow gradient for the denoms (and enclosing circle), and it looks fine.
I believe Chipco uses this gradient type (brown to yellow) on a few of their stock chip lines ...
I had thought there were only a couple gradients you should use e.g. the gold one like here link in the spots.
I was thinking tabasco (can add him to the missin' peeps thread but been a _long time_) had some gradient issues with the suits.
