Is anyone else having problems getting in touch with BCC?
I made the final payment for my chips (which I ordered in January) over two weeks ago and (other then their automated recepit emails) I've heard nothing from them despite sending several emails.
Is anyone finding BCC's communication woefully inadequate?
Don't email, use the phone. You'll get in touch with them much quicker and easier.

Emailing will get you no where, and it will get you there in a hurry. Once I finally got through on the phone, they were more than helpful and incredibly pleasent to deal with.

Finally got through via email. Chips should be arriving today or tomorrow. Woohooooo.
I've been reluctant to use the phone throughout the ordering process. Given the ammount of to-ing and fro-ing, the cross channel phone bills would probably have doubled the cost of the chips . Sounds as though oit would have made it easier, though.
