I can only comment on some areas you didnt mention...
Mr Chips uses the equinox/Sunfly blank. These blanks are pretty much dead on as far as accuracy and not having any spinners- or very FEW spinners.
The face/edge drop off is different then thr Chipco blank. Chipco prints their faces and leaves a white ring around their face whereby most others print edge to edge. I believe this is done to avoid any bleeding from the face onto the rolling edge- but most other manufacturers can control bleed.
Weight wise- theyre probably all going to fall within .5gm or less of each other.
Otherwise- its going to come down to user preference. Most ceramics sound identical- the material composition is all in the same family so they all should bear a resembelence-- same for shuffling but I am the wrong one to comment on this. I am sure other experienced viewers will shed light on this and your other questions.
