Actually, the prices of plaques from Matsui are not that expensive. It's the fact that you have to order 100 of them that makes it costly.

Yeah, I thought about that as I left the comp, that I didn't explain myself very well. Forgot to amend that to the post though.

Expensive because of the minimum of 100 plaques ordered.

I have been talking to joe at PI and they are about 30 days out on making custom plaques And he said the price will be better than $10 a piece

I've been working on a design to have made through PI. Do you have more details you can share? I pretty much just scrapped my 5k chip while I wait for these.

I'm in the process of designing a ceramic tournament set and was hoping to use plaques for 5k (and perhaps 25k if I manage to justify a denom that large).

Keen to hear how this develops.
