Wow, I would think those are obvious enough to relegate them to the reject pile.
I had a few warped inlays in my custom BCC order (2 each of the 100s and 5s), but not as prounounced as yours:
Not sure what the tolerances are for the super grands, but for the 1", it appears to be that if the inlay does not exceed the recess, it's good enough to release. This appears to be an industry tolerance, as I've seen this occasionally in casino paulsons. But then again, 4 in a release of about 600 is better than 41 out of 300.

Are the other 35 just as bad?
