I'm not a happy camper. I've had my ASMs for a little over a year now and I keep losing more lables off of my blue 214s and I have spinners everywhere. I can't grab a random stack of 20 chips without them spinning like a top. They are too numerous to identify. It seems to get worse with the more play they get, which is only a couple 5 hours sessions per month. I'm thinking a asking for a full refund. Just sad.

That's a shame.
I have a 1000 set of custom inlayed ASM's and have not noticed a true "spinner" yet.
I've had a few inlays "pucker" from the center but in most cases I was able to just push them back down again and they stuck.
I'd call them about the inlays coming off, but I don't think they guarantee against "spinners" which I believe is a term started right here at CT, and not considered a manufacturers defect, unless the spinning is caused by the inlay bubbling and coming off.
They are indeed caused by the inlays popping and I am not about to reglue 50 to 100 labels that should have been secure in the first place. Sorry, but I don't have that kind of time to invest. That's why I invested the cash in nice chips.
While labels not glue on properly are not acceptable, I think that is better than a spinner cause by warped chips. At least the labels can be glued back on but I suggest getting in touch with ASM and see what they have to say. I, too would be very unhappy if labels on my chips started to come off.
I have alot of spinners as well. This is a combination of both the chip's being warped and with bubbled inlays. No inlays have fallen off on my GB set so far.
WOW, what choices we have here for good custom clays. Either the inlays bubble up, cause spinners, and fall off or they are totally off centered. Either way, it seems the products are somewhat under par.
I have 2100 custom ASM's (H mold) and less than 50 could be classed as "spinners" and these were easily covered by the extras sent. I have not had 1 single label fall off in over 6 months.
I am so happy with mine, I just ordered another 400.
What did the folks at PCOL say when you called them about your chips?
I have had labels come off or bubble on the H-mold but not on the horsehead. I wonder if this is a general ASM problem or just one mold. In particular maybe the h mold that has a smaller inlay so they apply less glue to it
