I know Dave was out on vacation for the past two weeks - so I've been communicating with Mike. As boondocker96 mentioned, Dave is back (he sent me an email on Tuesday).

Dave's birthday was Tuesday...the family was getting together for it...maybe they are still recovering.

Yeah, I emailed them about a month ago and never heard back, so you might want to try the phone.

A phone call is DEFINATELY the way to go. I called them Fri and Mike was a COMPLETE gentleman in every sense of the word. They are a little slow on the email side of things, but why wait when you can talk to then directly?
