Chips: 2,225 | | | Custom BCC Mold Interest I am looking into getting som BCC customs. I want something other than the BCC flame mold. I have contacted Stephan at Sidepot and Michael at HoldemPokerChips about being able to use their molds (cigar/snifter or locking-T). With Sidepot you can use the C&S mold on only their pre-selected two-spot chips; with HPC they will not allow the T mold to be used at all.
So I started thinking, what if some of us went in together, had a mold commissioned, and then let is be used in the public domain? Maybe that is a bit pie-in-the-sky since molds are roughly $10k, but you get the idea.
Ideas? |

The Flame mold works for my design as it doesnt dominate the chip, but my poker crew is funding our 1000+ chip set, and we might be able to scrounge up a few hundred or so... if we liked the new mold.
so yes, I am sorta interested.

Ideas? | If youre looking for solid BCC's were still finalizing Rolands interlocking L mold- or the great wall mold as we call it-
Sort of stuck with solids though and they have to be printed by us but thought I'd let you know if this option.
YEa that 7500.00 sure bites hard when all one wants is some chips that are unique-- over 75,000 chips its still .10 a chip JUST to cover the mold

I just sent him some samples to work out my "house mold".
And, for $.15 for boths sides, you could have a 1000 chip set, with a house mold, for $150 extra.
