Any images that contained copyright protection were specifically ruled out for inclusion in The Bear Den set.
In fact, we had images included at one point that had been copied by others without permission and when it was brought to my attention that they were copyrighted I immediately removed them pending approval by the owner(s). That permission was not received and the images were replaced.
No copyright tags were removed from any images and none were taken knowingly from any site conveying such protection.
In the future, I would appreciate it if you would do your homework prior to bringing me and my actions into your aruguments. I have been a vocal proponent of creativity in chip design and continue to be.

Poker can be a very etical game. We do not allow anyone under 20 to play at our games further we do not allow players that we know could not afford the loss.
Before the game everyone has to buy in and buy their rebuys as well. No rebuys after the first hand is dealt. (The rebuy chips are protected from all-ins of course). This is to prevent anyone from going berserk with thier wallet.
We obey all the rules of poker so the game will be fair to all.
No cheating of course.
Hell, we are gents after all. A fair competition like chess, domino & backgammon.

If it's payed for, it's payed for. If you've bought music on a CD you should be allowed to transfer it to your mp3-player. As is, the only legal alternative is to re-buy it in mp3-format.
This is the reason why US linux users are having a tough time... the decoder for watching their payed for commercial DVD's is illegal to use. |

If I bought a CD of a title that I already had, I paid the same price as someone who never had it before. I paid for the rights twice, right? How fair is that? |

How fair is that? | My dad b****es about this every single time he has to go buy a cd because he got sick of paying an arm and a leg for needles (or whatever they're called) for his record player. "Why is it my (insert one of any common curse words here) fault that they didn't build these to last forever? I already bought the damn thing, why do I have to buy it again" Oh Dad...
