My understanding is that they aren't included on their chip generator tool as base colors because they aren't recommended based on the da-glo colors being 'softer' than the others. My understanding is that you can get them though.
I'm planning on doing just that on a couple of my new chips.

I have a few thousand with day glow base colors and love them more than you can imagine. I used day glow green, peach, and pink for three of the chips.

I have a few higher denom chips with dayglo base colors. They definitely feel lighter and more brittle but I've not had a problem with them, then again they don't get heavy use.
I just approved the artwork for my set and DG Pink is one of my base colors. They are available. Just send them an email their customer service is great and they will respond quickly.
