I'm obviously not the best source, but I know 99%evil was looking into hot stamping T-molds and this discussion showed up in his thread, and you could/should probably ask Mike (BCC) to get the best answer.
The chips have to scraped/cleaned, which would add an extra 10c per chip. The standard price for hotstamping is 15c per chip, making it 25c per chip to stamp, in addition to you providing the chips, and buying a custom stamp for your chips.
As far as buying the chips, HPC has them @ 55c per chip on orders of over 500. Add in the work from BCC, that's 80c per chip already, plus the cost of the stamp, shipping, all the other fun stuff. The discontinued colors may be gone already, but if not, I know blaze orange and (day?) green are 40c per chip.

I have been thinking that I might look at the T-molds since they more resemble a Paulson mold with the concentric rings and the inlay size. So, from what you heard, if I buy T-molds and want BCC to hotsamp them, how much will it cost me?
I'm anxiously awaiting a sample set of BCC's and ASM's. The BCC's should be here tomorrow, ASM's later on in the week! I'll update after I get them!
