Is there any interest in using these molds for customs?

I'm considering having a custom mold made. If this happens, then the mold would be made available for rent for making custom chips through BCC.

I'm wondering if there would be any interest in any of these molds? (There are variations of each mold, looking for the general style and would work out the details latter).

I molds:

Martini Molds or Box Molds:

Poker Mold or Rope Mold:

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

They are all nice and I can see how each could compliment the right inlay, but I like the last rope mold that has the larger inaly and the eight glass martini most. It's tougher to pick an I mold, but I like the fifth one with the wider "I". The last rope mold is most original in my mind.

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

All your molds would be fine in the right contexts. Some maby a bit to detailed though.
I voted for the box molds since I feel that they will go well with most kinds of inlays.

Great iniative of yours

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

I think the "I" mold looks pretty classic.

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

I like the "I" mold the best of the ones posted, and I would even like to see it where the "I's" are spaced farther apart and a bit wider. IMHO, they are a bit busy the way that they are.

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

I like the box mold and the martini mold, but right now it's not likely I'll be buying new chips outside the my current collections.

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

The 8-martini and last rope mold are promising. The others are too busy IMO - distracts from the inlay too much.

Re: Is there any interest in these molds?

Kari,

I think this is a cool initiative you're undertaking. Of these, I would be partial to the 6 martini: mainly because I like a simple mold design. I'm one of the few that actually like the flame mold, so take it for what it's worth.

Are you gonna put a hold on your BCC order to wait until your mold is complete?

Russ

Yeah, that one is designed for a 1" inlay and is my favorite of the molds, however it's the type of mold that won't work with every inlay

The martini mold is another of my favorites because it's simple and martini's signify class, but it needs to be reworked a little in my opinion. I also like the flame mold because it's very understated and never overpowers the inlay.

No, my order is coming on the flame mold as I'm still determining which of these looks to have the greatest appeal (or another idea all together). I don't want to wait that long for my chips... plus you always need more chips, right?

Re: Is there any interest in using these molds for customs?

Looks like the Box mold has the lead at the moment, followed closely by the Rope mold and Martini Mold.
