Guys -

We need to find a way to schedule a Group TOUR of a major chip manufacturer. Surely we know someone on this site that can pull a few strings to get a tour scheduled at one or more locations.

Where are the main plants located in the USA? Paulson, Chipco, Blue Chip etc.

It's a good idea, but the manufacturing process for chips is a highly guarded secret and many major manufacturers won't do it. ASM for one politely refuses, and I've asked. More than once.

Beat me to it. I was going to say the same thing. They don't want the crazy chip folks in there with their spy cameras figuring out how to "do it themselves"
