I know Dave to be a class act for sure, but I will admit that the portion of his business for us ChipTalkers is not where he makes his real money. I should have them finished over the next few weeks. . . . |

I am kind of annoyed at the amount of time it's taking for the .25/.50 PNY chips to be made. They really need to change their '4 to 6 weeks' delivery timeline. But that's nothing compared to what you're going through. |

I just got off the phone with Dave Endy (who has certainly been a great guy in the numerous phone conversations I've had with him) and he promised that he would personally stamp the remaining chips from my order, verify their quality, and ship them FedEx and require a signature. He was also sensitive to my desire to be able to reorder chips with my hotstamp and said, while he couldn't guarantee that they'd do it, he'd try to work with me.
So, despite all the run-around, I'm hoping that this story will have an acceptable, if not exactly happy, ending.
I'll make a final post when the final group of replacement chips arrive. |

Chips: 84 | | | Re: WARNING Blue Chip Company Custom Hotstamp Problems Good to hear. I was starting to think this Dave was a real jerk. But now I see he is a reasonable man and was probably frustrated with the whole situation himself. When I finally decide to get customs, BCC is now back in the mix. |

Given the fact that your design has been perfectly fine for the replacements, I'm sure you'll be able to order more in the future once this cools down. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
