Nanook | For what it's worth, I recently had BCC hotstamp some of my blank TRKs with the King's Crown die and they did an excellent job. |

This kind of remind me of my experiences with a chess retailer in the UK, a few years back.
They sent me two faulty deliveries, then they stonewalled me, and finally ignored me completely.
Oh btw, the retailer was called BCM Chess, so be warned! They're scumbags, and can't be trusted.
All the best, JIB |

Chips: 30 | | | Re: WARNING Blue Chip Company Custom Hotstamp Problems Reasons like this are why I sold every BC I owned or had coming. They have done nothing but make Roland wait and the personal buyers wait. I will not ever support this company. Their QC issues in the beginning were horrible and now all these other problems. All this just goes back to this point......IF YOU WANT SWEET CUSTOMS GO TO ASM. They may cost more but WELL worth it and Cathy and Glenda would never speak to you like this.
People like BC think they are doing you a favor when you are making them money. I can't do business with people like that. I am sorry you had such a bad experience but it's not shocking. I am floored that someone would suggest you are damaging a $500 set of chips on purpose. That may not be a lot of money to them but some of the members here pinch and pull to get the cash to do business with them and this is how they are treated.
You would think BCC would have learned a little more with the history they are tied to but I guess not. |

The area of foil on the logo is about as large as I’ve ever seen. Are they holding up OK? |

Chips: 713 | | | Re: WARNING Blue Chip Company Custom Hotstamp Problems We are very quick to hit vendors around here as far as quality control goes. And, I'll admit I have been the same way when it came to my major chip purchases and have had bad things between myself and a vendor that has a great reputation which I regretted once the issue was settled. That's why I've made it a point to let myself calm down for a couple of hours before taking another objective look.
Face it, when we all pay big bucks for chips we want and expect utopia, however there will always be some kinds of flaws that prove to us in the world of clay chips perfection just isn't possible. From what you relate you definitely have a flaw somewhere that should be fixed as long as you keep the lines of communication open and cordial no matter how hard it seems to be to keep it cordial.
That said, I feel for you that your stamps haven't worked out and truly believe that the Endy's are trying to be valuable contributors to this site and would be willing to work out something reasonable for you, as slim as that looks from your side. Hang in there, let the tempers cool a little on both sides, and take another very objective try at getting your problem resolved. I'd be surprised if sometime in the future you didn't put out a post that says even though it was a pain to get it right, it finally turned out right for you.
Good luck, and I hope to hear the other side from BC - I have some BC chips, although not a ton of them, and have really been impressed with their last few offerings, the Samurai's are BC's, the High Rollers are BC's, the Mardi Gras clays from Holdempokerchips are BC's , all what I feel to be excellent chips that stand up well against other brands out there.
