Curious as to response time from BC

Yup, never a problem getting them on the phone and they are nice as can be on the phone.

I DID IT!!!! Now how I know the files looks like, do they get saved as the files on Corel (I mean identical) or do they change something. Last question Do you have to send the artwork files one by each denomination or all denoms in one file????

I did them one by one, but if they'er in AI or PDF format, you could probably send them all in one. Make sure you send a JPG or PNG along to just show what they should look like.

No problem, if you can export it as a pdf, make sure it opens in and looks the same in Acrobat, if you exported it in AI, you might want to download the trial of Illustrator to check the file.

I second, or third....wherever weare on this...Dave and Mike are both great, down to earth guys. The phone is by far the best way to communicate with them. I've had half-hour conversations with Dave about the good ole days (his, not mine) and chip color/edge spot meetings with casino big wigs. I guess I could be the cause of any delay people are experiencing.
