Anyway, they are very nice overall. The look and feel is fantastic and they stack and sound just as nice as anything else out there. I have not tried to label, but they do not have a recess, as has been stated, so you would have to go with very thin labels.
These seem to be more "chalky" than other chips I have purchased and, out of four different lines of clay chips, these are the only ones I have bothered to oil and the difference was very positive.
All in all I don't think you will find a better deal out there on a real clay chip regardless of manufacturer. I was/am planning to buy a full playing set, but now that the Chip Room is adding a nickel hot stamp to the Desert Palm line I am going to add on to that set first. I will probably buy at least 400-500 more of these by the end of the year.
Hope my rambling helps. | Great this helps out a great deal... Thanks Wyle!! |

If they need to be shaved down they will do it, but calling them would probably be best so you get all your questions answered in one shot. |

For a hot stamp on those we could stamp them and scrape them. That is the only thing that I can think of.
When we put an inlay on this mold, it gets pressed into the chip where it is flush in the recessed area (Samurai's). To make a custom inlay on this mold, you would have to check it out through Michael at HPC.
As far as putting on a label, I am not very familiar with them and can't be much help with that.

- Cost of HS T-Mold blanks with basic denoms (house stamp?)

Thanks again for everyones help!!!! | You need to contact Michael at Holdem Poker Chips to buy the T-molds. He owns the mold and is the only one who sells them. Just look up under the market place on this site. I will send a PM regarding other questions.

Chips: 3,115 | | | Re: BCC T-Mold Solids Questions Here's my opinion on T-mold solids:
If you want pretty labelled or hot-stamped chips, you can get just about any slugged chip (or faux clays) and label or hot-stamp them. If you want to totally "wow" your friends with something completely unique and impossible to copy, get customs by ASM or BCC (or get custom ceramics if you like 'em). But if you can't afford customs but still want compression-molded clay chips that are unique, versatile, and classy, get these solids. They don't have labels (you might be able to hot-stamp them with some risk), but nobody can slip any chips into your game and the sound can't be beat. I doubt they'll ever be as wide-spread as Paulson home chips (the new TH&C chips, for example) or other home labelled chips and they're only available from one retailer (Michael at HoldemPokerChips.com owns the T-mold die so nobody else can make them), and they're pretty classy and versatile. If you get ANY 5 colours, you can use them for tournaments, cash games,... whatever! They're like Paulson cherries, but new (vs. used casino chips), so they're all clean and sharp-edged. The only thing is, I HIGHLY recommend oiling them! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
