I know some progress reports are buried in other threads, but I thought a unique thread might be reassuring to others awaiting news on their custom BCC's. Think of it as group therapy during the long wait...

Here's my status to date:

27-Dec-06: Email confirmation of desired colors/spots/inlays, pricing
29-Dec-06: Order and deposit placed on BCC website
26-Jan-07: Proof received for artwork/mockup; signed, and faxed back to BC
27-Jan-07: the long wait begins....

I was told since I'm just getting stamps that they should go into production in the next week or so.

Changed art to fit special deal requirements and sent for approval 1/8/07

I've changed by chips spots a few times (ok a bunch) and they've been cool about it. The last I heard was from Dave last week that everything seemed ok, but I've never gotten absolute approval on art or chips. I had to change my originally submitted art to one with a white background. I'd also asked about order a second set of spotted hot stamped but have not heard an answer back on that.

Mine only took about 10 days after die was approved. But I don’t know how busy they are with all these GB orders

Dave told me yesterday once they get yours mixed and spots done it is VERY fast (about two weeks which is in line with Jambine's experience as well). Inlays take a lot longer.
