Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates

My e-mail said 6-8 weeks for my hotstamps...of course I decided to go for the custom edge spots...man it's a good time to be a chip freak.

Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates

Base colors and edge spots were approved before 12/31.
50% deposit on 12/31.
Artwork sent in around 1/6 (thanks again Kari!)
Several emails sent back and forth about inlay size from then till now (sorry Dave ).
Recieved proofs on 2/2 (BCC mocked up 2 inlay sizes to help me out).
Proofs approved and faxed in today 2/3.

What size did you decide on? did you decide on the super grand or the 1".

I can't wait to see how those came out.

I am too afraid to tell you...
I was really torn as I love to see lots of chip color and the edge spot combos beg to be seen. But the super grand inlay size it just too cool and I think looks really sharp. I would be interestested in everyones's thoughts..

I like the super grand with this inlay. I think with a simpler inlay I'd go for the 1", but with the mountains, I like the larger inlay.

just my $.02.

Either way I think they'll look pretty sharp

Call your $.02 and raise to $.04. The super grand size will really show off the detail of the inlay.
