Email or call, I don't think Mike checks the PMs that often. He also doesn't log on every day.

It's for my cash set and my tourney set. My Father's set is lagging a bit. Don't know what the deal is with that.

Call then E-mail. They've never failed to get back to me.

I think a lot of folks don't check pms.

Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates

I have been out of town for a week so I have not really been too active here. I recieved an email sayign that my chips would be shipped to arrive last Tues! To bad I was out of town and would not be here for them .
Dave held them for me and shipped them out on Friday so that they will be here next week!!!

Cyna -

ps. JT.. Give them a call. While the wait has been long for me BCC has always been up front and has told me what is going on. They actually called me two times!

Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates

I am hearing nothing but great things about BCC and have to wonder what I am doing wrong. I have called three times and not once have I managed to get even a voice mail to leave a message. Responses to my emails are painfully slow and consist of all about 3 or 4 words. I am trying to get my group buy going but these delays in answering questions and action are just killing me. I understand that AFTER the order is placed I'll be waiting around 6 months to get the order filled. The six month wait to PLACE the order is what's got me chaffing. I sent off final images for proofs nearly two weeks ago. 3 days ago I emailed Mike/Dave for an update and still have yet to hear anything at all.

I am curious if this is typical and I just need to be patient or is this exceptionally slow and I need to be more aggressive. I am not much of a squeaky-wheel kind of guy and am not sure how far this will fly if that's required. I appreciate people being busy and I can be patient but for the kinds of $$ these things cost a little communication would be nice.

What's been everyone else's experience with this? Am I out on a limb here? I am open to being wrong and don't want to speak poorly of anyone. Everyone has been excellent but I am starting to feel like I am running a marathon through quick sand.

Gary

P.S. - They are probably sending me the proofs even as I write this. I will get home and feel like a complete ASS.
