Received a Call from Dave Endy today and mine are ready except for the fact that I increased my order and they are having to get a few more printed. So it's my fault mine aren't here...

Dave is also apparenly doing the final QC on our orders personally.

I spoke with Dave for over an hour today. He is a great guy and full of very interesting information regarding the casino chip world. I called with the intention of changing a spot color, but he talked me out of it. We talked about Burnvalley's (The Farm House) chips and how everyone was floored by how they turned out.

20 Dec 2006 Placed order
21 Dec 2006 Placed final order (changed quantities and added chip)
27 Dec 2006 Asked to send artwork
17 Jan 2007 Sent artwork
18 Jan 2007 Asked to make deposit
19 Jan 2007 Submitted credit card info
30 Jan 2007 Credit card charged for deposit
03 Feb 2007 Asked to send artwork
03 Feb 2007 Sent artwork again!

I think that since the protege's are almost done, their response time will be faster.

Dave called me last night to reply to an email about possibly changing my inlay layout a little. We talked for about 30 mins. In the end, he talked me out of changing the layout saying they really liked the original layout. If they like it and recommend I stay with the original, somethings gotta be right. He also assured me that since I may be leaving for Iraq before I get the chips, all quality concerns can be handled when I get back just as if it were right after receiving the chips. So far, I've had nothing but GREAT experiences with BCC.

Emailed Dave and was told that he has my inlays and mine are in the next batch. Should be soon. At about 11 weeks from getting my proof.

I received a similar reply today from Dave:

"Your inlays are here I am trying to get you in the group I am running now."

Oh, the humanity................................

My matching custom dealer buttons arrived from PI (THANKS JOE!!!!), and they are feeling lonely without their "friends"......

Props to BC and the Endys - top notch service to date.

At least my M2M went well; I can send the balance of payment the nanosecond after I receive word that they're ready.

There aint TOO many companies around that you can:
1- get a human being on the phone
2-get one of the owners on the phone
3-have them spend alot of their time making sure youre happy
