Oh, the humanity! ? ? ? | To tell you the truth I was not expecting them to be this far along. The phone call was a bit of a suprise to me. It does show the great customer service that BCC has. They wanted to make sure that the inlays did not need to be reprinted so they called me to double check. I did ask how busy they were and was told... "ugggg" . It seems that there are lots of large casino orders as well as our "little" orders. It does sound like Mike and Dave have designated a group of folks to make sure that our stuff is done and done right! That way they do not get pulled to do a larger casino order.

Cyna - | On top of that, i doubt its any fun and profitable for them to start pulling back small defective orders. Better to get it done right the 1st time. |

Chips: 1,707 | | | Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates I got my proof and have approved it and sent it back.
BTW for those who have complete sample sets I wanted to check two color combos. I went (mostly) traditional with this set. Shocking I know. The two chips in question:
Horizon Blue 4T18 Dark Blue/Gray/Sky Blue (is the Sky Blue too close to the Horizon Blue?)
Blood Red 618 Radiant Red/Hot Pink (will the spot color stand out enough?)
I did mock up on ChipForge but seeing some of the actual chips I'm a bit worried about some of the colors. I've left a message for DE asking him but thought I'd seek some thoughts here.

Chips: 1,707 | | | Re: Blue Chip Customs - Share your Progress Updates Just got off the phone with Dave, who was very pleasant by the by. He just wanted to confirm my confirmation which was duely done. Said my inlays are off to be printed and once that's done it should be very quick. Didn't ask for a time line because frankly I find it better not to think about it.
He said there was no problem with the colors I selected as far as the spots being too near the base colors so I'm pretty happy at this point. |

Yeah. I am a little curious about this as well.
Can we get an answer directly from them on why this is happening? | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
