2 are going out today to you
correction 4 will be going out- these 2 printe from the jpg and 2 additional done from AI- I think the AI file will be perfect--

Well, I'm still waiting on the replacements, so at this point I'm not convinced about PI's 'customer service'. Joe had indicated that the replacements were sent on Tuesday, and I would have hoped that he would have sent them second-day if not overnight, considering that the first set were the wrong ones, and the second set were screwed up.
Maybe they'll come today.

Ok. The replacements just arrived. As Joe indicated, there were four buttons sent - two printed from the .AI file, and two printed from the .JPG. Two of them (I assume the ones from the .JPG) are printed on both sides, and have a blue tint on the rolling edge. The other two are only printed on one side. The first set appear to be 'truer' to the design; the others are slightly darker, but everything is still readable. Regardless, both sets are infinitely better than the first ones that triggered this thread.

TJJ | My pleasure- the BLEED on the edge- simple fix- take 220 grit sandpaper and lightly sand it off- takes a few seconds and you'll have a perfect white edge
In a few weeks we will have custom printed edges so maybe time fro some new ones
