I was just wondering if there was a way for PokerChips.com to do custom hotstamping. I know that they do initials or values but can they take a custom design and put it on the chip? If they can, is there a custom dye fee? Thanks.
Pretty sure that Blue Chip Company will take any chip and hotstamp...There is an extra fee for some sort of 'shaving' down of the center of the chip before hotstamping....Not sure but I thought this was brought up when BC had the hotstamp special for chiptalk members a few months back.

The scraping is only on molds where there is not a recessed center. They do this to avoid spinners. The TR King Small Crown mold is one such mold and this is what he was talking about. You will have to check on the ASM molds. I know that the HHR mold there is a small recess. Not sure about the others.
Has anyone on the site actually had this done?
I would be curious as to how the process went, any problems that may have arisen out of having BCC stamping another product, and if there is any thing special you should do with your chips before sending them off to be stamped.
