Anyone work with chiplab.com and know their prices?
I have tried calling them but do not get through, and can't find a good answer on their website.
If i do not use their chip design software...It appears the chips may run 0.93/chip and there is a $50 art fee if you have them do the art set up??? - Can anyone confirm this for me?
And, most importantly did you have a good experience with them?

Weve been working with them for over 2 years and do alot of their manufacturing-- the site is new- and I am sure it still has some quirks to be worked out--
They have a forum here on CT under the Sponsers area- and I am almost certain they have/had a deal on Chipco ceramics at .75ea NO fees- double check their area though I could be wrong
Were in the process of working on pricing for 2007 with them for ceramics and inlays so I dont know if they have official pricing up yet- and weve discussed making sure CT members receive a discount-
Next time I speak with Chas I'll mention your post

Chase has contacted me, and my original understandings were confirmed.
I will be doing an order through thechiplab.com
They will be helping me with my design (i was not fully able to use their software for my design) - which means i may pay the $50 art fee, however, this may be waved if it ends up having been simple enough for them to do quickly, but i expect i may be paying for the $50 art fee- this is still far less than other chipco art fees!
Also was confirmed on the per chip price of .93/chip for a custom order of 550-600 chips (have not decided on final # yet)
I am looking forward to a set of custom chipcos designed by me!
