Question about Nevada Jacks and othe customizable chips?

I was looking at some of the custom chips on here and really liked them. I have just a couple questions.

1. I am not really worried about the face of the chip, I like the sides better, the stripes if you will. Can I pick the colors, for instance Black chips with pink stripes (ala Rounders), red with black stripe, etc.?

2. Would it be better to get Nevada Jacks or NexGen?

3. What is the best (and easiest) website to do this?

1. If going ceramic (or custom clay) you can choose your edge spots

2. Nevada Jacks over NexGen for sure if given the option

3. Nevada Jacks will be the US representative for custom Sunfly chips. Give them a call or shoot them an e-mail.

Re: Question about Nevada Jacks and othe customizable chips?

are you talking about edge spots?

If you get customs yeah you pick the color. the only way to get customs are ceramics or clays.

You can't get custom nexgen.
Customs are going to cost you more. ceramics around .50/chip at the least and clays .80 (BC special till dec 31) /chip plus art fees.

Re: Question about Nevada Jacks and othe customizable chips?

Where can I find custom ceramics for .50/a chip? I can't seem to find anything less then .75/a chip.

Re: Question about Nevada Jacks and othe customizable chips?

Looks like your first questions were answered above, I'll just add that I have a set of custom NJ ceramics (search for The Pines custom NJ) which I'm very pleased with.

Custom for under .50? That's a lot to ask for custom anything.

Re: Question about Nevada Jacks and othe customizable chips?

MeridianFC.....Are your chips the smooth or the textured? I am also looking at custom ceramics and I just talked to Nevada Jacks on the phone and the lady was saying that the smooth chips were more for novelty and not really for actual poker games. She said that they sell these to people to use as a "buisness card" type deal.

I currently have the NJ SKULLS chips and would prefer a smoother texture. Now i am confused.....I did order 4 of each type from NJ to check them out.

Does anyone have any info on the smooth vs. textured NJ ceramics?

THANKS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
