Chips: 1,000 | | | Fantasy Casino I have been thinking about the possibilities of a complete Fantasy-Casino Set. No copy from a current Casino (what I did most of my time), but a rather fresh & new design. It's not yet finished, but I plan on doing a complete round-up:
Ceramic Chip Design
Clay-Chip Design / Inlay Design
Card-Back Design
Dealer Buttons
I know there have been several Groupbuys past weeks, so I really don't know if there is need for another, at least not now. And there are other things coming up, like Gene's WSOP Chips, the new shaped Paulsons and so on... but I would like to finish this for the Winter-Season.
If you were me, would you put time & effort in this? |

Now the bigger question is, why are you only thinking about designing these four pieces? What about missed blind buttons, seating buttons, plaques, custom hotstamp no cash value tournament chips, buy-in, show 'em, rabbit hunting, and bounty chips, custom chair slipcovers, penthouse suite access key cards, drink coasters, a table layout, dice, blackjack shoes, and full-color comp cards for this casino? |

You mentioned having a theme(s) in mind but how about a 4 season theme (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall). You could change sets throughout the year. Or just have a different season on each chip. I know, limits the set to 4 chips but there could be 2 chips per season. This idea comes from my wife who changes decorations in and out of the house based on the season. Just a thought.

Ranman | That sounds like a pretty good idea... 4 seasons with 2 chips each would work, but I'm not sure yet if I want 4 or 8 different themes.
Hmm.
I was thinking doing a Ceramic Set sharing the same theme, but not colors. And maybe a Clay/Inlay Set with different pics on the inlay... | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
