I recently played with Bud Jones for the first time and I love them. I am curious if you can get a custom set of the V7's

Unfortunately, no....And word is they never plan to ever allow this.

I have wondered though, if you could get a large enough order if you could put an order through...Were talking about hundreds of thousands of chips...You never know, highly doubtful, but money does talk-

my understanding is that GPI will only allow the bud jones line to be issued to a corporation that can produce a valid gaming license.

perhaps someday they will come around. in the meantime, matsui is the only comparable chip that will do custom/consumer, with a minimum order of 10,000 chips.

Bud Jones is part of GPI which also owns Paulson and they aren't any more likely to make custom BJ's than they are custom Paulsons. Not for us anyway. Probably the best you can do is a nice casino set of Bud Jones. Matsui makes a very nice chip thats very much like BJ's and they do custom chips. I ordered some thru the Matsui Group buy and I think they'll turn out to be serious competitors with Bud Jones for the Casino Market and certainly the home market. GPI could'nt care less about the home market. I just bought these BJ's on Ebay and I love The chips. I don't care much for GPI.
