Sidepot will do custom chips on the cigar & snifter mold. The ones on the website for $1.50 each are the lighter ones, but you can get the heavier ones for $1.65 each. There is a minimum order of 500, and a minimum of 100 of each quantity, in addition to artwork fees.
I have sampled chips from each of the custom clay manufacturers and prefer the new, heavier cigar & snifter chips to the H-Mold or Flames mold chips.

After reading through this forum, this is the assessment that I'm coming to. It seems like a lot of people really like the ASMs, they are good quality and of reasonable weight. And then I'll probably also appreciate the Paulson's more when I visit the Casinos (4-5x/yr).

The first two links are for their retail lines (InPlay and Modern Clay), and the third for their customs. The customs are on the same mold as the InPlay Clay, but are available in any of the 18 colors from either of the two lines. The heavier chips are not an option yet on the website, so I would give them a call prior to ordering.
