Got to wonder about their truck, seems it's always breaking down. Maybe with all the money they made from us they can upgrade before the next group buy.

I just got mine and they're great, of course.

One strange thing, there isn't a single extra chip with my order.

In fact, the order is one green chip short. Isn't that weird?

I've gone through 150 of the 529 (should be 530) and only found one spinner so far. Which makes it all the more strange that zero extras were included. Geez, even just one or two per color probably would have covered what I'll need. But now they're going to have to make them and ship them, just for a few chips.

I JUST RECEIVED WORD THAT THE UPS PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to wait until about 7pm before I can see what the STORK brought into my life.

No extras here either. definitely weird. I found a couple spinners on just the 20 I took out to shuffle at work today. If I knew I was not going to get ANY extras I would have ordered at least 1 or 2 extra of each denom just in case I lose one.

That is really weird that you guys didn't get extras. I hope this doesn't mean they have decided against that practice entirely. That will definitley mean that they will have to be redoing more mistake chips.

I'd be willing to bet that with all the previous complaints about spinners, inlays, etc. that maybe they decided to inspect each order chip by chip. Therefore no more extras and one reason why so many orders are taking the full 16 weeks. Who knows. Just a thought.

And I know for a fact that they have been keeping an eye on these threads based on an email I recieved awhile back from one of the girls.

I'll be honest. If I waited this long to get my chips and do not receive any extras, I'll be one PO'ed MF. I do not want to wait AT ALL for them to replace possible defects with my chips.

If they are inspecting them, they are not doing a great job.

I have inspected my chips and found various spinners, one chip with the wrong inlay (not mine), completely misaligned inlay (on the mold) chips with chips, gouges, and clay remnants from different color chips.

I have about 50 chips that I plan on sending back once I get the "protocol"

I suspect that if I got extra's I'd be fine. I am a bit disappointed that I didn't get a single extra, if I had known that I wouldn't I would have ordered 3-4 more of each ship to ensure I had a complete set if some got lost.

Way back, I ordered 10 of each color extra to ensure my set is gonna be staying playable over years, but I didn't expect it would be necessary. I just wanted to be absolutely sure.

Now if campcleavage is the third without extras it will be alarming official.

I just received 900 chips (partial delivery of an order of 1400), and received zero extras. I have some spinners, but everything else looks good so far.

It's not a company policy that they always ship out extras, so one shouldn't necessarily expect any. (my fault too ... I should have ordered a handful more of each chip)
