Chips: 1,893 | | | Re: My ASM order is on its way!!!! CONFIRMED Don't feel too frustrated...I received my chips last week and I ordered Jan 31st, with art approval Feb 14th...
On top of that I had to send back ~200 chips (spinners) so who knows how long until I get those replaced and have a playable set...so even if they expedite my replacements...it'll be close to 8 months for my order form start to finish
I hope you get yours soon Quote: |

My artwork was approved in middle APRIL and card was charged back in MAY. I was informed by CATHY that my chips were in the finishing stage and should ship out within a week. That was FRIDAY.

Last time I talked to Cathy, she was saying mid-August for me. So I still got a couple of weeks to go. Hopefully.

So it would seem that there is no rhyme or reason to what it is they're doing over there.
Some people get charged right away and wait forever for their chips, some people get charged right before their chips ship after waiting for months, and then some people are completely in the dark 12 weeks after ordering (hey! like me!).
Man, I wish our customers at my job were as leanient as we are with delivery times. |

I was in contact with a few people over there by phone because I had some issues that needed to be resolved. They informed me my order had a rush on it because of all the little problems I had to deal with. Maybe thats why my order was finished first????

My card was charged on May 31st and I still have at least a week or two to go (per Glenda below)... "Your chips will be on the next truck to the finishing plant. They are off the repress and on the cleaning table ... pretty chips too.
I don't have a fixed date for the truck .... but probably within the next
7-8 days ... since we need more clay now."
A lot depends on your chip color and the availability apparently. |

Chips: 1,492 | | | Re: My ASM order is on its way!!!! CONFIRMED Then tell me it's going to be 16 weeks, or 18, or whatever. At least then I would be prepared. 12 week delivery is a long time to begin with. Missing that "estimate" by 3-4 weeks is a big miss. If they're out of material again, what's that going to do to lead times?
Maybe it's just because I deal with this stuff at work that it bothers me so much. I have been patient though, now the waiting just sucks. 12 weeks is up, and I know nothing more then I did 12 weeks ago. As far as I can tell, nothings been done with my chips yet.
I'm now in that part like when you're waiting on hold for service somewhere. You've been on hold forever, but you can't hang up now, what if they're just about to pick up the phone and you miss them? That's exactly what I feel like with these chips. One part of me says "you've waited this long, stick it out" and another says "screw it, cancel the order and buy different chips". |

Maybe if you call to cancel they will put a rush on your order instead of letting you cancel.
