Need some advice for my inlay-design

Hi,

I want to buy my own custom chips from ASM.
The symbol I want to use is the skull which is shown on the picture.

My 1st try does not satisfy me yet, so I'm looking for some help.
What should I change? Does anyone know the exact RGB-Code of the ASM Colors? I want to use, as you can see, the edge-spot color for the inlay, too.

(where are the edge spots at the chip stack?)

Greetings from Germany

Re: Need some advice for my inlay-design

Welcome to Chiptalk!

I think they look pretty good.
I don't care for the white ring, though. The black ring looks better.

The skull might be a bit small on the actual chips .... not sure what to do about that though. I like the skull in the spade, and like the diamond with the denoms around it.

Check to see how larger denoms would fit, though (assuming you're planning to have some higher denoms).

welcome!
try making the skull white, it seems to dark to me. And maybe a different font for the Denoms.

Re: Need some advice for my inlay-design

The skull is already white , but you're right, it's very dark.
I think about using the base color from each chips as backgroundcolor of the inlay, so only the $ 100 Chips are black.

I agree w/ some previous comments - if the skull/diamond could be a little larger, that would be a good thing - just a matter of whether or not you could fit larger denoms on it.

And not to be picky, I don't think "white" can be "dark."

Re: Need some advice for my inlay-design

White can't be dark... of curse not. I was talking about the whole design, when I said "it's very dark".

I don't find a way to enlarge the skull and denoms...

I like the design, but to make the skull more visible, I would eliminate the diamond and the lower denominations. Make the spade and skull larger and have the denomination on the upper sides flanking the spade point.
I like the double green rings with the black ring in image 2.

Sparky.

Re: Need some advice for my inlay-design

Eliminating the diamond was a good idea. I'll try to put the denoms on the upper sides flanking the spade point. Which font can I use?

(The ASM-Color-Palette I found in another topic seems to be incorrect or are the colors used by th "chipfactory" different than the original ones?)

Re: Need some advice for my inlay-design

I kinda like the diamond with the black ring design

I changed your skull to one that is a little clearer and cleaned up your diamond a bit.
