If I am not mistaking Palmimports uses the equinox line of ceramic blanks for thier chips. Check the market place and get in touch with Jim, quite sure he can help you out.

Does anyone know the least expensive place to order full custom Equinox chips like the Nevada Jack?
Equinox series is our proprietary mold-- we are currently using the II series ( non gloss edge) and the new III series ( hi gloss edge)
Nevada Jack uses a different chip- and is also a very high quality chip.
