Er... yes they did- quite a few actually- only China sends one chip for a sample.

I was working on a review of the Bellagio chips but I stopped. I wanted to get a sample of the textured chips, and also wait until the chips are done. The samples I received were slightly chipped (they were shipped loose), and may have been used. OTB just sent me a few for me to check out, so they may have been already cracked, he may have used them, done durability tests on them, etc. I didnt want to base my review on chips sent like that. I would much rather review the final chips that we receive in a couple months, and also have a comparison of the smooth and textured chips. If you want a review of your custom chips (instead of a Bellagio specific review) to help potential buyers decide which company to go with, feel free to PM me and arrange a sample and I'll have a review up that day for you. I just didnt want to cheat the Bellagio chips by basing my review on chips that may not represent the actual product we will all receive. Its almost complete (minus the comparison and some photos), and just sitting in Review Drafting for now.

Excellent- I had deleted most of my PM's so I couldnt remember who was doing the review- I will send you some new samples that weve printed here and you can use these for your review.
The blanks are the same as the Bellagios- only the printing will be ours.
We prototyped the original ESPN chips and I have a few others here I can send. THere's no rush now that I know whose doing the review.

They must have cracked during shipping, so sorry.

We have a kid at the office that handles the shipping and packing and I told him to toss them into an envelope and put them out for the mail.

So I guess that is exactly what he did.


None were cracked or chipped when I got them from Joe. Hell they were packed so tight it took me longer to open the packages than it did to photograph them.
