I have a custom set on the way that should be here this week.
I already have a sample set and as most of the reviews mention they are very comparable to the Nevada Jack's but a little smoother. The graphics also seem sharper than the NJ's.
I can also say they seem to be very durable. I've had a stack of them on my desk for about two months now and I've been shuffling them and flipping them non-stop the whole time. They aren't showing any visable signs of wear, not even on the edges. I would have thought by now I would at least start to see the dreaded white ring. I can say that I've already put more wear on these samples than I ever will on my custom set.
If I had to point out one thing I do not like on these chips it would have to be the injection dimple on some of the chips. I can bearly feel it on most, but on a few it's more obvious than other cermanics I've played with. I think the main reason is that it hits on corner of the edge and not on flat part. This causes what feels like a nick on the edge that can be distracting if you notice it, but most people never will.
Are these chips the best you can buy? No. Are they worth the price you pay for them when compared to other chips on the market? No question about it, yes.
if you go to their website there is a pic from one of the customers of the WSOP replica chips they have. they are really nice, better than the chipco ones IMO (no white ring). the only thing with them is the damn circles on the 10,000 chip!!! they are soooo small you can barely see 'em.
I have a sample set of the epokerdeals Romans and I think the chips are really nice. I was going to get a set of the Romans until my wife offered a set of the customs as a birthday gift.
I'm gonna order 400 for our regular home tourney game. I've emailed a few questions to epokerdeals and they've been great about getting back to me. They also got my samples to me really quickly, which was nice.

As with any of the custom chips we make, you can request an adjustment to any design element. Increasing the "circle size" on the 10K chip is very minor and we would be happy to make that adjustment and send you a proof for approval if you ordered the chips.
YES!!! I will be getting some samples soon and then will, in all probability, buy a set! YES, those circles were the only thing I was a little disappointed with. Thanks for letting us know epokerdeals!
