Bad news from PC.com

I just got an email from PC.com telling me that it is three more weeks until my chips are ready. Ordered 2/1/06, billed 5/4/06 and, according to the email before this one, due Monday

I'm hoping I don't hit the six month mark.

My order and CC charge dates are only different by a day or too. So your not alone. But I rather be not alone will all the people that got theirs already.

Did you order the 4a14 Imp Blue pink/black? I think that is what is holding mine up.

That and we cleaned them out of raw materials at least twice so far!

I don't even think I've been charged yet, lol. I emailed them about a week or so ago, and they told me that my chips would be in end of July, early August.

Lord knows I don't actually need the chips, just kvetching.

Have to agree with Big Mike here -- those are some stunning chips, but only what I would expect from you jld!

Funny thing -- was talking about the samurais and how the original edgespots were different and so looked back at an OLD (May 2005) thread. The best part of the thread was your (jld's) prophetic post that this site would probably be injurious to your wallet! At least you saw it coming....

We should probably have Ten update the guidelines when someone registers to include some sort of warning about this. Frequent use of ChipTalk has been rumored to cause cash flow problems, relationship issues, etc.
