So the Nexgen samples just didn't feel or sound right. Can't deal with that metal slug in the middle. I have a set of molded chips that I like that are much softer feeling and feel less like plastic, but I want some new ones to label. Anybody give me some ideas as to which chip to look at that has a good feel, is heavier than a K-Mart chip and has a recessed area for a label?

I am in the same boat right now. Looking to get away from the slug but not really impressed with the Faux Clays.

Well you should try the fauxs.

Then I might try that new chip 5star/DCG is carrying, the Monaco.



But the descriptions say they are 11.5 so I might guess they have a slug, but someone else on here says they don't and they even did a little mini review.

Might be what your looking for.

Sit tight for 2 weeks- we have a NEW chip coming in- NO metal slug- COMPRESSION molded- accepts an inlay and is definately affordable.
Problem is- we bought these BLIND- so when they come in we will have someone on CT do a review-- we are HOPING this is an alternative to everything BUT the very high end chips.
The samples looked great-- they should be arriving 6/25 or thereabouts
