I don't have any pictures, but if you search around there are at least a few threads discussing putting labels on over hot stamped Paulson's and it seemed like the labelers were pretty happy with the results. Sorry I can't help more, but I know it has been done successfully in the past.

WE put our own inlay over the tophat and cane paulsons without any problems- the lamination had to be changed to a thin polycarbonate because the 8mil lam we normally use raised our inlay ABOVE the surface of the chip-this lam was difficult to find but it works well.
We dont even bother UV curing the overlay - for these we use a permanent adheasive backed vinyl and after a week or so youre gonna have to chisel the inlay off the chips.
Those inlays are placed on the chip when the raw material is still pliable/hot and once the materials harden the inlay is bonded to the chip.
