Chips: 1,309 | | | What Mock-up tool options are available? I must be too reliant on Google's search capabilities. I have found chip factory and chip forge but am looking for other options. Specifically, ways to mock-up Blue Chip, Paulson, and Chipco chips. I see that people do these mock-ups but I haven't seen links to tools or references to the name of the tool used.
Help a newbie out, please. Thanks. |

Help a newbie out, please. Thanks. | Blue Chip Company does not allow us to user their chips due to security reasons (NGC). For chipco you just need a powerful image editing program. Kalimba(Chip Forge) has the Paulson home chip and I will be adding it to the ChipTalk Poker Chip Factory someday. I also plan on adding all the Paulson spot combinations.

Don't doubt the power of Google they found you everything there is. |

Don't doubt the power of Google they found you everything there is. | Actually i found an option with some Dolphin gaming company I found using Google. But to get their ceramic chip mock-up software for free, you have to be a customer. I haven't checked the details too closely yet.
Perhaps a reader of this thread could clue me in, just in case I'm being dense: is there a super-size/giant inlay option on either Factory or Forge? I don't think there is (presumably because ASM and TRK don't have that option_?) but I want to be sure. |

Chips: 684 | | | Re: What Mock-up tool options are available? The Chip Forge has a C&S 1.5" mold choice which will render the inlay at approximately 1.5" in diameter. For a free, web-based tool, it's perhaps the best you can do for now. Otherwise, you're probably going to have to consider using an authoring application -- Adobe Illustrator being the hands-down favorite choice -- like many of the chip designers around here. Quote: |
