Colors are okay. I like the red chip, and I really like the black chip.

I think the text-on-top side of the inlay looks pretty good. The other side, maybe not so much.

What you need to ask yourself is what granddaddy Lenin would think of you ordering a custom poker chip with his image on it. The mind boggles.

I think they are pretty good, however in the future you might want to post earlier in the design process if you truly want input. Posting your designs and calling them final does not allow much flexibility even if someone provides an excellent idea. Fortunately you did a bang up job on your own!

Here's an actual suggestion: it would be really cool if, somewhere on the chip, you had the name of the club written in Russian.
