Chips: 12 | | | Sweet D's Design Help Okay, well it is finally time for me to order my dream set of ASM chips.... the only problem is that I have no artistic or computer design skills at all. So, I was hoping all the amazing chip artists here can help me out a little.
My Idea is a Navy Helicopter themed inlay. The front would have a set of Navy Pilot Wings (rough jpg inluded, although i have a vector file as well) watermarked. The denom would be on the chip. I was thinking red, although not set on any colors or fonts right now. On the top would be "Sweet D's" and around the bottom "Helo Lounge"
The back would have the same words on top and bottom, with a picture of a navy SH-60 (rough jpg included, although i have a vector file as well). At first I was thinking maybe a different type of helo on each denom, but i couldn't find good vector graphics of them....
Anyway, I am hoping someone might be able to help me out and throw something together to get the ball rolling. I am still working colors/edgespot combos....If the vector files are needed, pm me and i'll send them your way. Thanks in advance for any help.

Like a red chip with "five hours" a green chip with 25 hours, etc.

Chips: 732 | | | Re: Sweet D's Design Help Please forgive my ignorance on military tradition, but it would be freaking sweet if the edgespot combos matched up with increasing rank (1 stripe, 2 stripes, etc). As I said I'm clueless about actual ranks/designations so I don't know if this was possible, but would be interested with a chip theme like this.
Nice idea - looking forward to seeing this develop. |

Chips: 12 | | | Re: Sweet D's Design Help Wylecoyo - Like the ready room idea. Might look to putting that in. As for the crew rest thing, well jelousy will get you no where.
Dissolved - thanks for the websites, but pictures isn't the problem ( i got enough cool photos in this realm). I don't think the pictures will do to well on the ASM inlay's though. That is why i thought going with the simple clip art stuff would work out better...thoughts from the crowd on this one?
Q10 sooted - interesting thought on the stripes idea...but pretty sure there isn't any 5,6 or 7 spot option. I too am looking forward to seeing this develop! Although, need to find some help that is capable of actually turning this idea into a chip....
I know there are people that do the chip design for sample sets or fees...if that is the case, feel free to pm me and we can figure something out. Thanks all.
