We're working on having stateside samples available from our partner- SunFly- sent from the USA for normal postage rather then spending a fortune having them sent from China. The problem is- they dont keep samples on hand--
what we want to do is have a sample assortment made ( at our espense) that would best represent the color gamut, skin tones, etc representative of the printing process ( including limitations of certain colors, etc)
Question: can a few different designed chips handle the need for representative samples-- or is it best to just keep things the same way allowing the exact artwork sent from the customer ( which would be at the current sample prices)
Let me know and we can continue to work on a solution in order to at least drastically reduce or ?? eliminate sample costs.

Just read that article- excellent.
Was the artwork ever done for comparisons? If so I can send it over for printing of samples. It would be great to have perhaps 5 different samples covering skintones, etc-- this way we can know what combinations/colors to avoid when designing chips--
I am having 2000 samples run now- but I can alays add more.

No artwork yet, but I'm hoping we can get some done very quickly. It would be great if you could help with the project. Maybe you have some suggestions for artwork, since you work with the manufactureres and have some experience on what prints well and what doesn't. Or maybe you can help us get samples of these chips from some manufactureres.

Not a problem I'll call and find out what is preferred but Sun. But from what Ive seen on here re: all the quality designs done- I would think that there's not going to be any serious quality issues.
Everything we've printed that was an AI or EPS file at 300dpi prints perfectly-
