Imperial blue, pink, light green, grey, lavender, white and the dayglo colours would probably be fine. Perhaps also mandarin red.
Use spot combinations with a lot of spot area to make as much non-black as possible: 312, 3D14, 412, 4A12, 4D14, 614, 6A14.
Your denominations are very small.

So people do use/buy these things.
I agree with everyone else on the too little colour on the blue chip point.
You'd be better off with the same big spot type, I think. maybe 412, and just change the colours. make sure you pick bright ones.
Make the denoms much bigger. |

Just change the $1 chip to 414 and you're set. |

L | I agree with this....the numbers are too small....
cool design, though.

Traditional colors and progresive spots. The "5" on the red chip needs to be larger and the "25" on the green needs to be smaller. Any thing else look like a problem? Brown for the $100 chip? The width of the "LE" on the green and the gold chip looks thinner than the others, but it must be the color combinations because it's not. thanks for the help. | I designed an all black set last week for fun and posted it here somewhere....I think a little more edge spot contrast would also be good as some have suggested...pretty cool all black in my opinion. |

Chips: 1,142 | | | Re: ELLE's house ASM design comments? OK lets get this straight! the Tangiers do not have the same base color, they have the same edge spot color which is the brass.
I have not heard about anyone playing with a full set of tangiers but i can imagine that the black and lavender chips might be hard to differentiate in a low light environment.
If you are going to go the All-Black Body route, i highly suggest using "12 spots". If you go for the "1/4" then use the 614 pattern. From experience, i would recommend ditching the white ring as well | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
